How can a bespoke website be so affordable?
We work with a clearly defined package and a consistent process. Your intake brings the information together. That keeps the process manageable while the content and design fit your business. Webshops, booking systems and unlimited changes fall outside the package.
Do I have to build my own website?
No. Tell us about your business and supply your words, logo and photographs through the guided intake. We handle the designs and technical setup. You choose the design that suits you.
What if none of the three designs suits me?
You can request a correction to one proposal or reject all proposals. If you reject them, the assignment ends and you do not pay for an annual package. The €30 excl. VAT intake and design fee is earned after delivery of three valid designs. If we cannot deliver them, we refund this fee. Your statutory rights remain available.
Can I use my existing domain name?
You can transfer an existing domain to us if it meets the conditions. We check this when you apply. The domain remains in your name. A transfer may take extra time; mailbox migration is not included.
Can I request changes later?
Yes. The launch correction round is the included update for the first contract year. From the first renewal, each renewed contract year includes one consolidated update: up to 3 text and 1 image change with Basic, or 8 text and 3 image changes with Professional. Submit it within 30 days after renewal. You do not receive your own website editor.
Is my business eligible, and can my website be in English?
The packages are intended for local service businesses and small companies, including people still starting their own business. Dutch, English or both are available. Webshops and booking systems are outside the offer. During the introduction we check whether your needs fit.
I do not have a KVK number yet. Can I still apply?
Yes. If you are starting your own business in the Netherlands, you can apply without a KVK number. Tick that option when you apply. Registered with KVK by the time of the intake? Then enter your KVK number there. A VAT number is not required. You buy the website for your business, not as a private person. Everything for starters
How do I receive quote requests?
Requests from your website arrive by email. Visitors can attach photos and receive an acknowledgement. Basic forwards business email to your own address; Professional includes your own 15 GB mailbox.
Can I include my photos and company video?
Yes. Supply your photos and optionally one company video through the intake. We place them on your website. You must have permission to use the material.
Which statistics and reports will I receive?
Each month, an email covers pageviews, popular pages, quote submissions and contact-button clicks. These figures show activity, not proven customers or completed calls. A Lighthouse PDF covering performance, accessibility, technical checks and SEO foundations is also included. It arrives at launch or separately as soon as it is ready. We do not guarantee a Google ranking.
